Return & Refund Policy

At SPR Device Market, we are committed to providing quality products and professional service. As purchases are completed via WhatsApp confirmation or in-store transactions, the following Return & Refund Policy applies to all completed sales.

Effective Date: 05/03/2026

1. Eligibility for Return & Refund

To qualify for a return or refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The request is made within 3 days from the date of purchase.
  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • A valid proof of purchase (official receipt) is provided.
  • The product includes all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.
  • The product is free from physical damage, water damage, or tampering.

Failure to meet any of the above conditions may result in rejection of the request.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • Accessories
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Devices damaged due to misuse, drops, or liquid exposure

3. Processing Fee

A 2% processing fee may apply to approved refunds if the request is not due to a product defect or company error.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method only.

4. Refund Process

  1. Contact our customer service via WhatsApp or email with the following:
    • Purchase receipt
    • Product details
    • Reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request within 7 working days.
  3. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days, depending on banking or payment provider processing time.

All refund approvals are subject to inspection and are at the sole discretion of SPR Device Market.

5. Exchange Option

Where applicable and subject to stock availability, customers may opt for a one-time exchange instead of a refund.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of purchase.
  • Price differences (if any) must be paid by the customer.
  • Exchange is allowed once per purchase only.

6. Customer Responsibilities Before Return

Before returning any device, customers must:

  • Remove all passwords (Apple ID / Google ID).
  • Perform a factory reset.
  • Remove the SIM card.
  • Back up all personal data.

SPR Device Market is not responsible for data loss or security risks if personal data is not removed before return.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account or e-wallet again.
  • Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
  • If still unresolved, contact our customer service team.

8. Changes to This Policy

SPR Device Market reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted with the updated revision date.
