1. New Devices Warranty

All brand-new devices sold by SPR Device Market are original and genuine.

  • Warranty coverage follows the official manufacturer's warranty policy.
  • Warranty duration and coverage details are subject to the manufacturer's terms.
  • Customers are advised to retain the original purchase receipt for warranty claims.
  • Any additional store warranty (if applicable) will be clearly stated on the invoice at the time of purchase.

SPR Device Market does not override or modify manufacturer warranty terms.

2. Pre-Owned Devices Warranty

Selected pre-owned devices may come with a limited store warranty.

  • Warranty coverage and duration will be stated clearly on the purchase receipt.
  • Coverage typically applies to major functional defects not caused by misuse.
  • Cosmetic issues and normal wear and tear are not covered.

Warranty validity begins from the date stated on the official receipt.

3. Warranty Exclusions

The following situations are strictly not covered under any warranty:

  • Water or liquid damage (including spills, rain exposure, or submersion)
  • Physical damage such as drops, cracks, dents, or impact marks
  • Tampered, removed, or broken warranty seals

SPR Device Market reserves the right to inspect and determine warranty eligibility.

4. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim:

  1. Visit our retail store or contact our customer service via WhatsApp.
  2. Provide the original purchase receipt.
  3. Allow our technician to inspect the device.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval.

If the issue is determined to be outside warranty coverage, a quotation for repair will be provided.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Before submitting a device for warranty inspection:

  • Back up all personal data.
  • Remove passwords, Apple ID, or Google ID.
  • Perform a factory reset if requested.
  • Remove the SIM card.

SPR Device Market is not responsible for data loss during inspection or repair.

6. Limitation of Liability

Warranty coverage is limited strictly to repair or replacement of the affected device or component.

SPR Device Market shall not be liable for the following:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business
  • Any damages exceeding the original purchase amount
