These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of products and services provided by SPR Device Market.

By purchasing from or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by the terms stated below.

Scope: These terms apply to all products and services including brand-new devices, pre-owned devices, and repair services.

1. Website Purpose

This website functions strictly as a product showcase and catalog platform.

  • Products displayed are for viewing and inquiry purposes only.
  • The website does NOT provide direct online purchasing or payment processing.
  • Submitting an inquiry form, message, or WhatsApp request does NOT constitute a confirmed order.
  • All purchases must be completed:
    • Via WhatsApp confirmation with our sales team, or
    • In person at our physical retail store.

SPR Device Market reserves the right to accept or decline any purchase request.

2. Product Information & Pricing

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, images, and prices are accurate. However:

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Stock availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by our sales team.
  • Images are for illustration purposes and may slightly differ from the actual product.
  • Promotions and offers may have specific terms and limited validity.

Final price confirmation will be provided via WhatsApp or in-store communication.

3. Order Confirmation & Payment

3.1 Order Process

An order is considered confirmed only when:

  • Stock availability has been verified,
  • Final price is agreed upon, and
  • Payment has been successfully received.

3.2 Payment Methods

Payments may be completed through:

  • Bank transfer
  • Cash (in-store)
  • E-wallet

SPR Device Market is not responsible for errors made during the customer's payment transfer.

4. Repair Services

  • Devices submitted for repair will undergo inspection before a quotation is provided.
  • Repair work will only proceed after customer approval.
  • Repair timelines are estimates and may vary depending on parts availability.
  • Customers are responsible for backing up their data before submitting devices.

SPR Device Market is not liable for data loss during repair.

5. Warranty Policy

5.1 New Devices

Warranty follows the official manufacturer's warranty policy. Any additional coverage will be specified at the time of purchase.

5.2 Pre-Owned Devices

Warranty (if applicable) will be stated on the purchase receipt. Coverage duration and terms vary by device.

5.3 Repair Warranty

If the same issue reoccurs within 7 days of repair, we will re-check and repair it without additional labour charges (subject to inspection). After 7 days, new charges may apply.

6. Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Water or liquid damage
  • Physical damage (drops, cracks, dents, impact)
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Broken or tampered warranty seals
  • Normal wear and tear (battery degradation, cosmetic scratches, aging components)

Devices that do not meet warranty conditions may be rejected.

7. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

All return or exchange requests apply only to purchases completed via WhatsApp or in-store.

7.1 Eligibility

To qualify:

  • Request must be made within 3 days of purchase.
  • Product must be in original condition.
  • Original receipt must be provided.
  • Complete accessories and packaging must be included.
  • No physical damage present.

Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection.

7.2 Non-Refundable Items

  • Accessories
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Final sale items
  • Personalized / customized items

A 2% processing fee may apply for approved refunds not caused by product defect. Refund approval remains at the sole discretion of SPR Device Market.

8. Customer Responsibilities Before Return

Customers must:

  • Remove all passwords and accounts (Apple ID / Google ID)
  • Perform a factory reset
  • Remove the SIM card
  • Back up personal data

SPR Device Market is not responsible for personal data left on returned devices.

9. Limitation of Liability

SPR Device Market shall not be liable for the following:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of data, income, or business
  • Delays caused by third-party suppliers or logistics providers

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service.

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the website
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission

All content, logos, images, and materials remain the property of SPR Device Market.

11. Changes to Terms

SPR Device Market reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
